Caleb P. Rodgers, PE, MBA

Caleb Rodgers is a 2010 graduate of the Citadel where he studied Civil & Environmental Engineering. Caleb also received an MBA from The Citadel Graduate College in 2016. Caleb has over ten years of experience in the industry and is a licensed professional engineer and home builder in the State of South Carolina. Caleb serves as the technical lead on advanced treatment systems and large scale master planning of septic systems. Caleb has also successfully designed, managed and overseen the installation of residential, commercial, and industrial onsite wastewater systems.

Caleb also has a breadth of engineering design and construction management experience in Federal, Industrial and Commercial Civil site design, stormwater design, deep foundation construction management, heavy-civil construction management, and wastewater treatment plant design and construction management.

Caleb is responsible for overall business operations, business development, and project execution.

Caleb lives in Pinopolis with his wife Codi and three children Charlotte, Caison, and Collins. Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, home building, hiking, hunting and fishing and volunteering on the St. John’s Christian Academy School Board and Freedom Church Men’s Hike team.

Thomas C. Blackwell, PE

Thomas Blackwell is a 2011 graduate of Clemson University’s Civil Engineering Department. Thomas has over ten years of experience in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in South Carolina. He has performed project management, engineering, and construction oversight for residential, commercial, and industrial onsite wastewater systems.

Mr. Blackwell has also performed construction oversight of deep foundations, shallow foundations, liquefaction mitigation, mass excavation and fill, retaining walls, and various site features.

He is responsible for budgeting, permitting, design, execution, field management, and reporting for all aspects of onsite wastewater systems.

Thomas lives in Moncks Corner with his wife Jennifer and two children Lily and Hudson. Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and volunteering at Freedom Church and Hope Repair.

Kayla Miller

Kayla Miller is a 2020 graduate of Trident Technical College, where she studied Applied Science in Engineering Design Graphics with certifications in Autocad, Revit and Solidworks. Kayla serves as Project Designer. She is responsible for assisting her team with the coordination of resources and information.

Kayla lives in North Charleston. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, hunting, and fishing.

Jantsen Robertson

Jantsen Robertson is a 2020 graduate of Charleston Southern University where he studied Applied Math with a background in Engineering. Jantsen serves as Field Engineer. He is responsible for drafting, field inspections, and communicating with contractors.

Jantsen lives in Moncks Corner. In his spare time, Jantsen enjoys spending time with his family and friends, weightlifting, boating, hunting, and fishing.

Grace Bodiford

Grace Bodiford is a 2021 graduate from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Business minor. She serves as a project coordinator, responsible for the relay between clients and the Onsite team. She is there to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Grace lives in Macedonia where she spends most of her time with family, friends, and her animals. She enjoys singing in the praise and worship group and volunteering at Victory Baptist Church.

Carolyn Bowman

Carolyn Bowman is a graduate of Charleston Southern University with a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration. Carolyn has over 26+ years in Finance/Accounting. Carolyn serves as the lead for all business financial coordination. Carolyn is responsible for invoicing, accounts payable, account receivable, payroll, financial reporting, vendor setup, insurance and tax information, and monitors and tracks expenditures.

Carolyn lives in Moncks Corner with her husband, Davie, as well as two children, Jeffrey & Cody and one grandson, Lyndon. She has a son, Tyler, and granddaughter, Emma, that live in Lancaster. Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is an avid animal lover, and enjoys spending her free time boating and watching college football.
